Check in - check out
Welcome: your room will be available from 3.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. We would ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 a.m. on the day of your departure. Late check out on request and payment.
The reception is open from 8.00 a.m. until 10.00 p.m.
Wellness area:
The entrance in our wellness area is free for our houseguests. You can find the opening times in your room map. In your room you will find a bag with bathrobe and towels on disposal for the length of your stay. We kindly ask you to bring these things always back to your room.
Tourist tax:
Please note that there is a communal tourist tax of € 3,50 per day and person (from 14 years on) that you have to pay on the ground.
Rates:
Prices are per person per day including breakfast. Adults using an additional bed will receive a 30% reduction if two persons paying full rate are also in the room.
Reductions for children:
From 1 May 2020 the Gartenhotel Völser Hof will become an adult hotel - we ask for your understanding that children under 16 years are no longer allowed after this date.
Reductions granted where two persons paying full rate are also in the room. From 16 years we give a 30% reduction.
Deposit:
Reservations are only considered binding on receipt of a deposit of € 200,00- € 500,00. You can pay it with your credit card by following the link below. In case of cancellation the deposit will be taken as arrangement fee. As a special service we offer you to pay the deposit together with the premium of the cancellation protection insurance, simply and securely online:
Cancellation conditions and charges:
cancellaton until 30 days before arrival: deposit as handling fee
cancellation 30 to 3 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
cancellation from 3 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure, no show: 100% of the total amount of your stay
In case of cancellation the deposit will be count as handling charge and it is not refundable. Please note that we cannot make exceptions. The cancellation will be accepted just in a written way (post or e-mail). We recommend the travel cancellation insurance Hotelstorno Plus in cooperation with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG in order to avoid unnecessary costs and inconvenience!

Payments:
VISA, MASTERCARD, EC-Card, cash (up to € 4.999,99 per bill).
Pets:
Please note that we do not accept pets in our hotel.
Internet:
Free Wifi in rooms, Lobby and Bar. You find the password in the map of your room.
Smoking:
In the whole house, inclusive guest rooms, smoking is not allowed. It’s allowed on the balcony, terrace and in the garden (outside).
Room requests:
Please note that we can reserve room types but never guarantee for specific room numbers.
Electric/Tesla car charging:
As a house guest you can charge your car battery at the hotel (overprice)
